I'd say it has made a noticeable difference overall, even if it hasn't completely gotten rid of the problems. I still snore, but it's way quieter now, and I experience a bit of reflux, though I just need a small amount of Gaviscon. You gotta stick with it daily, but it doesn’t take much time at all. My device is due for a replacement after two years, and I really felt the change after skipping a week of use!

The good news is, it really worked! After a couple of weeks of practicing the exercises, my snoring stopped, and my acid reflux got better.

This is a total rip-off. I’ve got a small hiatal hernia, roughly 2cm. I followed the iqoro instructions properly for around a year, and when I had a new gastroscopy, guess what? Still a 2cm hiatal hernia. It’s not doing anything. I talked to my gastro doctor about it, and he mentioned he’s never come across it before. If it actually worked, he would’ve heard about it at conferences. So seriously, don’t throw your cash away like I did.
